Landon selected for RW Erfurt U-19 academy team
Landon is selected to continue with the FC RW Erfurt Bundesliga Academy for the U-19 team. The U-19 season will begin in Fall 2025. Congratulations to Landon and may the Red-Whites dominate!
Born and bred in the USA, Landon has ties in both the USA and Germany. He is a duel citizen of the USA and Germany. He is known for an aggressive style and wearing his heart on his sleeve while competing. His fellow teammates regard Landon as a team leader. In prior years, Landon was named the captain of his youth teams and his travel teams. Currently, Landon plays for the U-19 Bundesliga academy team with the FC RW Erfurt in Erfurt, Germany.

Landon ist in den USA geboren und aufgewachsen und hat Verbindungen sowohl in die USA als auch nach Deutschland. Er ist Staatsbürger der USA und Deutschlands. Er ist für seinen aggressiven Stil bekannt und trägt bei Wettkämpfen sein Herz auf der Zunge. Seine Teamkollegen betrachten Landon als Teamleiter. In früheren Jahren wurde Landon zum Kapitän seiner Jugendmannschaften und seiner Reisemannschaften ernannt. Derzeit spielt Landon beim SV 09 Arnstadt und der Fußballakademie Arnstadt mit Sitz in Arnstadt, Deutschland. Er liebt es, in den USA im Jugendfußball auf höchstem Niveau zu spielen. Landon ist bereit, jede neue Herausforderung anzunehmen.

January 2025: Landon Bumbach signs with the U17 FC Rot Weiss Erfurt, Bundesliga Academy. The transfer will be for the remainder of the 2024-2025 season and will take place immediately. 2025 will be an exciting year!

"The next youth player from SV 09 Arnstadt moves to FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt:
Through the Soccer Academy Arnstadt, Landon Bumbach joined SV 09 Arnstadt in the 2022/23 season and scored 19 goals in 16 games with the C-juniors to the district championship title and advance to the state league. Since our B-juniors had also been promoted to the State League at the same time, one season later (2023/24) he was able to prove himself in this class as well as develop further and had the most game minutes in the team. As actually still a B-junior, Landon now played in the A-juniors league this season. Landon had 4 goals in 9 games as a midfielder.
Now Landon is moving to the Bundesliga to FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt in the state capital.
Landon joins the ranks of players who have made the leap to a youth performance center at our SV 09 Arnstadt. His younger brother Myles is not the only one who has already moved to RWE.
